JIRA Architect & Hybrid Delivery Lead

Stellar Technologies in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a JIRA Administrator and Configurator responsible for owning the JIRA environment, implementing configurations, and providing training and support. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of JIRA administration experience and expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in managing dashboards, critical paths, and project templates. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is necessary for effective stakeholder engagements.
