Jira Administrator

  The Jira Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, optimization and continuous improvement of the company’s Atlassian Cloud environment, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

In addition to routine configuration and user support, this role executes platform initiatives directed by IT leadership, including the consolidation of multiple Atlassian organizations, sites and billing accounts, the implementation of Atlassian Guard, and ongoing licensing and governance improvements.

The position is expected to take ownership of assigned initiatives, work through problems proactively and apply Atlassian best practices in driving work to completion.
