Jira Admin

Qualifications:

• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Jira Admin
• Bachelor Degree
• Amenable work in a hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig
• Can start ASAP

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide quality system admin support for Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Compass, and associated add-ons and integrations to other tools such as Gitlab, Zendesk
• Manage Jira projects, users, permissions, Jira screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, field configurations, workflows, workflow functions
• Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins
• Manage global and project customization. Install and configure custom Jira add-ons to provide enhanced capabilities (e.g. Automation for Jira, JMWE, etc.)
