Jewellery Retail Admin Executive: Operations & QC

Thirteen Employment Agency is recruiting an Admin Executive for a jewellery retail client in Singapore. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure orders are processed, and help coordinate with designers, suppliers, and the retail team to keep projects moving from enquiry to delivery.

Ideal candidates are organised, detail-oriented, fluent in English and Mandarin, with 1–3 years in admin or operations in luxury goods.
