2. POSITION OBJECTIVE The Site Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising on‑site construction activities for a solar PV plant (FPV). The role ensures that work is executed according to schedule, quality standards, and legal, safety and environmental requirements.
The Site Manager acts as the main point of contact between the company, contractors, subcontractors and the client, ensuring all field activities are executed as planned. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on day‑to‑day execution, not strategic management.
