• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Define system architecture, service decomposition strategies, API standards, and integration patterns
• Lead the development of microservices with REST APIs, event-driven communication, and reusable shared frameworks
• Establish best practices for authentication/authorization, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and resiliency
• Drive architecture reviews, code quality standards, technical governance, and engineering best practices
