Java Fullstack AI Engineer / Developer (LLMs / RAG / MCP)

A modern cloud-based company is looking for a Java Fullstack AI Engineer / Developer to join a small, high-impact team.

Work on an AI product in a flexible, collaborative environment. The product is ready to go for market but needs someone to harden pipelines, improve accuracy and latency, and scale deployments to be used by real customers.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Strong software foundations (OOP, SOLID principles, testing, CI/CD)
• Hands‑on Python for Data/LLM backends and TypeScript / React for front‑end web services
• Ideally 3+ years experience in Java software application development to be able to work with current tech stack
• Experience with LLM tooling such as LangChain, embeddings/RAG, prompt engineering & evaluation
