Java Backend Developer Reactive / WebFlux

Mandatory: 5+ years of Java backend development with strong hands-on experience in Reactive Programming , Spring WebFlux , Project Reactor , and non-blocking I/O

What you‘ll actually do

You‘ll lead the design and development of reactive microservices using Spring WebFlux, Reactor, and R2DBC the kind of systems that handle thousands of concurrent requests without breaking a sweat. This isn‘t legacy maintenance work. You‘ll be architecting non-blocking,high-performance systems from the ground up, defining the reactive patterns (backpressure, retries, circuit breakers) that everyone else on the team will build on.
