ITSM Platform Engineer – Freshservice & ESM Specialist

FirstGroup Internal is looking for an ITSM Platform Engineer in Greater London. You will support the Freshservice ITSM platform, managing support tickets, configurations, and workflows to optimize service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, preferably Freshservice, and a strong grasp of ITIL best practices. The role includes maintaining platform stability, overseeing incidents, and driving adoption of new features and enhancements.
