Role Overview
- Resources will be hired on training capacity for operations roles to manage day‑to‑day operations, products, and end‑user communication.
- Resources will be trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with an understanding of Service Levels, automation, and productivity.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to pass an English evaluation and score at least B2.
- Must be able to pass a technical evaluation.
- Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices.
