IT Technician

Serves as a help desk technician for a poultry processing plant. The IT Technician will support key plant systems, including weighing scales, industrial labeling printers, weigh price labeling lines, traceability, inventory and QA software, shipping, maintenance, PC’s, VoIP phones, office printers, and core network infrastructure. Work schedule of Monday through Friday, second shift with flexibility to work additional hours, holidays, and weekends, as needed.

2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

Requirements

Experience: Min. of 4 years of related work experience (Preferred industrial environment/not required)


+ Associate degree in I.T., related field, or equivalent experience.

+ Experience in repairing/troubleshooting computers, printers, VoiP phones, networks and can apply these skills to similar machines & systems.

+ Troubleshoots equipment and software issues in offices and production areas.
