Job Title: IT Technician / Support Specialist Department: Head Start Program 90% / CSBG Operations 10% Reports To: Program Operations Team Leader (primary) IT Operations Manager (secondary) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $45,151 $50,228 Work Locations: Portsmouth, VA and surrounding Peninsula and Southside agency locations FUNDING NOTICE: The position will be reviewed by February 28, 2026, annually to determine funding availability in the new fiscal year beginning July 1st annually. NOTE: The IT Technician will be issued a mobile device to manage day, evening, and weekend programming at various agency sites. This position will also be responsible for attending early morning, evening, and weekend events as assigned.
