+ Support the implementation, operation, and monitoring of systems, devices, and technologies that support KGS research and service mission.
+ Recommend, configure, and deploy physical hardware systems and related components.
+ Assist with the installation, configuration, and management of field telemetry devices, as needed.
+ Provide end-user technical support for desktop systems, applications, peripherals, printers, authentication (SSO), and related services.
**Enterprise IT Management (20%)** :
+ Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Survey’s enterprise IT infrastructure, including on-premise servers and cloud-based resources.
