Vacancy Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve workstation operating system, printer, and standard business application issues
- Support line-of-business applications such as SAGE ERP and QuickBooks
- Perform basic networking troubleshooting for desktop connectivity
- Handle incoming client calls and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
- Prior experience in Helpdesk support or a similar role
- Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint cybersecurityHome office setup with minimum 8GB RAM and specific CPU/OS requirements
- Stable internet connection (5 Mbps up/down) and noise-canceling headset
- Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday
