Vacancy Description
- Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms
- Initiate outbound contact via email, cold calls, and social messaging to introduce products/services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
- Able to communicate in Cantonese and based in Malaysia
