Job Title:  IT Team Leader (Arabic Speaker) Experience:  7–10 Years Employment Type:  Full-Time Location:  Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Role Purpose The IT Team Leader is responsible for leading the daily technical execution of development activities and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

This role provides hands-on technical leadership, oversees task assignments across development teams, and ensures smooth coordination between backend, frontend, and mobile development functions.

The IT Team Leader works closely with the CTO and management to maintain technical alignment and delivery efficiency.

Role Nature Operational leadership role with strong hands-on involvement.

Closely engaged with development activities and codebase.

Responsible for daily task assignment, monitoring, and follow-ups.

Ensures delivery quality, technical alignment, and team productivity.
