IT Systems & Cybersecurity Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced IT Systems & Cybersecurity Engineer to support, secure, and improve our Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, and cloud services.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong Microsoft 365 experience, good troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to cybersecurity. You will help manage users, devices, access, security policies, and core IT systems while supporting the business day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, users, groups, licensing, and security settings.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, Conditional Access, identity, access control, and user lifecycle processes.
• Manage Windows endpoints using Intune, including device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, patching, and security baselines.
