We are looking for a talented and proactive IT System Administrator & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our local server infrastructure, oversee domain administration, and provide reliable technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
• Administer company domain, Active Directory/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and user access policies.
• Oversee network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs.
• Provide end‑user technical support for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and business‑critical applications.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, system updates, and endpoint protection.
