We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide support across multiple office and operational locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive IT professional who enjoys getting out into the business, building relationships with users and taking ownership of IT issues from start to finish.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing both remote and on-site support, while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
