About the Role
We’re working with a long‑standing retail and logistics business based in Nottingham, looking to add an IT Support Technician to their growing internal IT team. You'll be hands‑on across devices, infrastructure, cloud platforms and user support, contributing to day‑to‑day operations and ongoing IT improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and early 2nd Line support across hardware, software, network, and user issues
- Support Windows environments (10/11) and Active Directory (user/admin tasks)
- Troubleshoot issues across desktop, laptop, printers, mobile devices and peripheral tech
