Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strong Tier 1–2 IT professional who enjoys a mix of end-user support, troubleshooting, project work, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
Required Qualifications

+ 5–7 years of IT support experience

+ Strong Tier 1–2 troubleshooting experience in a Windows-based environment

+ Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals

+ Microsoft 365 administration experience, including:

+ User account creation, modification, and termination

+ Password resets and access management

+ Email support

+ Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive support

+ Ability to navigate and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows servers
