Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Assist in setting up and managing company IT infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth operation of computers, printers and other peripherals.
• Support end users with basic IT queries and provide training when necessary.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and user issues.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or training is a plus.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and IT systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
