IT Support Technician Barcelona — IT

At Batlleiroig we are looking for an IT Support Technician with good technical knowledge, motivated and willing to join the IT department to work on-site at our offices in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona), with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

The functions you will carry out are

• Technical support to users (on-site, remote and telephone).
• Management and resolution of first-level incidents.
• Administration and support of email (Microsoft 365 / Outlook).
• Support for Microsoft 365 collaborative tools: Microsoft Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint and related applications.
• Supervision and management of backups.
• Basic management of Active Directory (AD): user creation, deletion, permissions, password reset and groups.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment, printers and peripherals.
