IT Support Specialist: Onsite & Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to customers.
• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs and laptops.
• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain servers and NAS.
• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices (router, switch, WiFi).
• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and peripheral devices.
• Assist in server, network, and VPN configuration.
• Support cloud and VPS connectivity troubleshooting.
• Perform system installation, migration, and basic maintenance.
• Monitor and follow up customer support cases.
• Prepare simple documentation and update job status.
