IT Support Specialist

Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support , maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring that systems are secure, stable, and efficient. Alongside day-to-day support, youll gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise-grade technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users (hardware, software, and cloud-based systems) Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server and Linux systems Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services Monitor systems, alerts, backups, and overall environment health Assist with user access management , permissions, and security controls Support email security and endpoint protection platforms (e.g. Mimecast and Defender) Assist with SharePoint administration and user access Work with IT and security teams to ensure system uptime, performance, and compliance Document s...
