IT Support Specialist - Helpdesk & Systems Administration

Dicetek LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining IT asset inventory.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and 3–6 years of relevant experience. A UAE Driving License is mandatory.
