Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.
- Deliver help desk support and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
