Reporting to the IT Superintendent, you'll provide essential technical support to staff at four locations across British Columbia. Focused on resolving IT issues, you'll also manage user access through Azure Active Directory while ensuring IT systems run smoothly. Your ability to create clear documentation will support self-service options and boost technology adoption.
