Job Description

Provide end-user support for office-based and remote employees

Manage and monitor helpdesk ticketing system through to resolution

Deliver IT and AV support for client meetings and events

Deploy and administer hardware, software, and mobile devices (iOS)

Maintain inventory and billing for mobile devices

Support joiner and leaver processes (hardware, access, setup)

Install and configure monitors, workstations, cabling, and telephony

Perform regular maintenance of meeting rooms and IT equipment

Support IT storage areas, equipment rooms, and shared devices

Contribute to ad hoc IT projects and general support tasks
