IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent 1st & 2nd level IT Support to LanguageWire employees on:
- Hardware (Asset management & procurement of HP & Mac etc.)
- End‑user support and basic 365 portal administration on the Office365 suite (incl. Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI)
- Mailbox management for end‑users and shared mailboxes
- Intune device management
- Basic knowledge of Windows Servers administration
- Active Directory user management
- In one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
- Successfully lead or participated in IT projects related to IT support.
- Served as a reliable support to your team and colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
