IT Support Engineer - Fast-Paced Troubleshooter

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive Support Engineer to join our IT operations team in Singapore. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring timely incident resolution, maintaining system stability, and delivering high-quality service to end users.

Applicants should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT support. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential, and experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and React is preferred.
