A growing technology business based in Hereford is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team, providing hands‑on support across a range of systems, users and technologies.

This is a fully on‑site role where you'll be a key part of the internal IT function, supporting users, maintaining systems and helping to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

The role:

You’ll be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support, acting as a key point of contact for IT queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
