Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements
- Experience in education IT support, ICT technician positions, IT support engineering, MSP environments, or 1st/2nd line support
- Technical experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, networking, or Hyper‑V is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second‑line IT support
- Support Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, and networking issues
- Support Azure and Intune technologies
- Assist with infrastructure and cloud projects
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Support wireless and networking solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service
