IT Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering white-glove, VP-level executive support in an enterprise environment. This role is not entry-level and requires a seasoned professional who can operate independently, manage complex technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Mac and Windows platforms, strong JAMF/MDM experience, and the confidence to support high-visibility users in a fast-paced organization.
