IT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for PCs, servers, and other IT-related issues for end-users across the hotel.
• Conduct routine system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel fire life safety and emergency procedures ensuring all IT operations are in line with safety protocols.
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software, assisting with PC setup IT systems and user access during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-house guest IT issues ensuring smooth access to internet and other digital services.
• Support, manage, and administer Windows Servers ensuring they run efficiently.
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by hotel management.
