Summary This position is in the Sourcing Management Team, Office of Architecture, Sourcing and Compliance, Office ofthe Chief Information Officer, Bureau of Diplomatic Technology, in the U.S. Department of State. The incumbent functions as a subject matter authority and key advisor on assessing major Departmental IT acquisitions. The incumbent collaborates with Federal and contractor staff in providing Information Technology contract management, analysis, and reporting to DT and its partners. Responsibilities Serves as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaborating with Department stakeholders to ensure short-term and long-term strategic goals for IT software sourcing. Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) as required for assigned major contract(s) to potentially include any future agreements.
