Salary: $4500 - $5800
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.00pm)

• Handling second level issue escalation from IT Support Officer
• Maintain HR server, fingerprint devices
• Maintain server for Dormitory Management System
• Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server
• Network monitoring
• Setup and maintain wireless devices
• Monitoring and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server
• Monitoring and maintaining spam
• Monitoring and maintain print server, fax server
• Monitoring and managing switches and network appliances
• Ad-hoc job or project

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking
