Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Communications Exercise Planner for Headquarters United States European Command (USEUCOM), ECJ6/C4. The ECJ6 provides integrated and synchronized communication capabilities to enable USEUCOM operations. Responsibilities Participate in the development, planning, management, and execution of C4 training exercises. Lead C4 exercise planning for HQ USEUCOM Theater of Operation with specialized expertise and focus on North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations and training. EnsureC4 training objectives are developed for USEUCOM Exercises.
