Your Key Responsibilities
- Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the PLM module in SAP and Windchill.
- Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process:
- Understand & document business requirements o Develop functional specifications from business requirements
- Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
- Coordinate the end-to-end testing
- Create training documents
