Responsibilities
- Implement and configure integrations between WMS and TMS, and between customer systems and DHL systems.
- Handle data extractions for Power BI usage.
- Address data analytics requirements initiated locally or within APAC, using DHL standard tools or platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs.
- Study and implement new IT solutions for the business in a timely and quality manner.
- Provide guidance to other team members on newly implemented solutions.
- Manage projects as assigned from time to time.
- Participate in testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support for projects.
