We are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (L1) to provide frontline onsite IT support for warehouse and office operations. This role is responsible for daily user support, computer setup, printer support, handheld device support, and basic network troubleshooting in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, office software, and standard applications.
- Support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support barcode scanners, PDA devices, handheld terminals, and label printers.
- Handle printer maintenance, paper jams, toner replacement, and label printing issues.
- Configure basic network settings including IP, Wi-Fi, and printer connectivity.
