Another Band 4, Level 2 Service Desk Operator vacancy has become available again due to internal promotion within Digital Services. This provides a great opportunity for the successful candidates to expand their knowledge and skillset for a career advancement within Digital Services. We are looking for an individual who have proven experience in providing IT Service Desk cover in a Hospital environment, supporting Epic and believe that team work is essential to provide a unified, customer focused service.
