✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

  • Provide troubleshooting and support related to internal systems and infrastructure
  • Handle incidents and service requests via email, calls and live chat
  • Resolve inbound and outbound contacts to close tickets efficiently
  • Execute predefined runbooks and standard procedures
  • Support password resets, application issues and connectivity problems (VPN/network)
  • Manage user access and identity provisioning (Active Directory, mailboxes, etc.)
  • Handle hardware, desktop software and telecommunications issues
  • Escalate incidents and ensure compliance with SLAs and processes
