✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide troubleshooting and support related to internal systems and infrastructure
- Handle incidents and service requests via email, calls and live chat
- Resolve inbound and outbound contacts to close tickets efficiently
- Execute predefined runbooks and standard procedures
- Support password resets, application issues and connectivity problems (VPN/network)
- Manage user access and identity provisioning (Active Directory, mailboxes, etc.)
- Handle hardware, desktop software and telecommunications issues
- Escalate incidents and ensure compliance with SLAs and processes
