We're looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Support professional with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering excellent customer support.



Qualifications:



• At least High School Graduate

• At least 2 years of IT Service Desk experience

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• ITIL Training (ITIL Certification is an advantage)

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications

• Experience using ServiceNow ITSM and LogMeIn (or similar remote support tools)

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure troubleshooting

• Experience with Windows, macOS, VPN, and software installation/troubleshooting

• Experience handling calls using AWS Connect or similar telephony platforms

• Familiarity with knowledge base navigation for technical solutions (knowledge article creation is a plus)
