JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Sales Support Associate is responsible for tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team, as well as recording sales data.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance to the IT Sales Team in daily operations and strategies to sell products and services.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered.
- Support the Sales team in organizing various projects.
