Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Punctuality
- Right social aptitude and ability to build professional and business relationships
- Good knowledge of various geographical locations in the US. REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal, written, articulation and negotiation skills. REQUIRED
- Sound knowledge and experience in US based employment types, Contracts, Contract to Hire, and Permanent.
- Good understanding of the US Staffing process, Tax terms W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp, various types of work authorizations, respective criteria, and restrictions. REQUIRED
**Responsibilities**:
- This position is 100% onsite (CDMX, Polanco area) Monday to Friday supporting Eastern Standard Time (7 am to 4 pm)
- Daily status report
- Work internally hand in hand with the designated Resource and Account Managers to submit appropriate and qualified resumes for each assigned requirement as required. Collaborate with ...
