The IT Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery and on-going optimization of the Tech solutions for the European region. The focus of the role will be to ensure solutions across front-end, back-end and integration layers are in place, and Franchisee partners have needed capabilities, processes, knowledge and skill to drive Technology.
The goal is to make sure customer & employee experience across all IT systems is relevant. This position will work collaboratively across the functional headquarter teams as well as the functional Franchisee teams.
