IT Project Intmd Analyst

**Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinating the work of an IT project team, including resource planning and creating schedules.
+ Participating in the development of business and system requirements and creating documentation.
+ Communicating with the project team and clients about project status.
+ Using project management tools to track progress and metrics.
+ Collaborating on process improvement.
+ Supporting and onboarding new analysts to the team.
+ Analyzing and solving problems based on available data and experience.
+ Ensuring the quality of your own work and that of the team.
+ Managing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

**Qualifications:**

+ 2-5 years of experience in an IT project leadership role, including people management.
+ University degree or equivalent experience.
