Program Oversight: Provide strategic and operational oversight across multiple IT application programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Standardization: Establish and enforce consistent program and project management practices, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
Cross‑Team Coordination: Manage interdependencies between projects to avoid duplicated work, reduce delays, and optimize technical resources.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translatingbusiness needs into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
Reporting & Metrics: Deliver clear status updates, KPIs, and prioritization recommendations to leadership to streamline decision‑making.
