IT Procurement Buyer

Buyer needed in downtown Calgary! IT specialist, start ASAP! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an IT Procurement Buyer in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is actively hiring for their supply chain team. They're looking for an experienced Buyer in IT services who is fluent with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT, corporate, and field service categories, including purchase orders and supplier coordination
• Process and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and issue resolution with vendors
• Support sourcing activities (RFx), contract renewals, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Identify cost savings and process improvements while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
